Hi there. I’m Larisa.

And I’m a new horsey mama.

I am very blessed to live in Gisborne, New Zealand on a beautiful chunk of hill country. I currently have eight horses ranging in age from 2 to 22 and each one is beautiful and unique.

Along with the horse babies I have three gorgeous teens and a wonderful husband who did not know what he was signing up for when he said yes to horses too.

As consuming as horses have become they only are part of a greater whole which is my life of family and homeschooling. I’m also interested in psychology and mental health and I can see the connection between horses and these areas of interest.

I am also a Christian and I am forever grateful to God for all the blessings in my life and the work He has done in me, including through His beautiful creation – The Horse.
